I just wanted to say how impressed I am with your service. I run a website myself and put customer service as number one priority and get v frustrated with other sites who don't appear to have the same values. Very impressed with your service - an instant reply to my query, and when I asked for the outfit to be sent out a day earlier that was done with no problem and no extra charge. One item was out of stock and was refunded very quickly. The outfit itself - a 60's top and trousers - was amazing and I had a brilliant time (everyone thought it was authentic!!).
